Single Serve Hot Chocolate Cookie

A staple winter drink, I decided to transform it into a single serve cookie for you all to enjoy! seriously the most perfect dessert, especially if you’re all cozy by a warm fireplace! craving a cookie but don’t want to make a whole batch? this is for you. ❤️‍🔥


◡̈ ingredients:

— 1/4 cup choice of flour

— 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

— 2 tbsp refined coconut oil

— 2 tbsp sugar // monk fruit used here (0g sugar)

— 2 tbsp brown sugar // golden monk fruit sugar used here

— 2 tbsp egg

— 1/2 tsp baking soda

— 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

— a handful of chocolate chips

— marshmallows


◡̈ what to do:

1. preheat your oven to 350 degrees. while the oven is preheating, mix together your wet ingredients.

2. combine your dry ingredients and pour the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

3. place on a baking sheet + make indents for the marshmallows. add in your marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.

4. bake for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
